1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, or otherwise using SolasCRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

SolasCRM (“the Service”) is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management platform provided by Digital Beats Pty Ltd. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice, provided such changes do not materially diminish the core functionality of the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts in Australia to use SolasCRM. By using the Service, you confirm you meet these requirements.

4.Account Registration and Security


  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised access or security breaches.

  • You remain responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Fees, Payments and Refunds


  • All fees are displayed in AUD and are payable in advance for each subscription period.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

  • All payments are non-refundable, except as required by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • Late or failed payments may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Use of the Service

You agree to use SolasCRM only for lawful business purposes. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:


  • Sending spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications.

  • Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code.

  • Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating others.

  • Using the Service for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

  • Attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to SolasCRM’s systems.


Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Customer Data


  • You retain ownership of Customer Data entered into SolasCRM.

  • You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

  • We are not responsible for loss or corruption of Customer Data. You are encouraged to maintain backups.

  • Accounts inactive for more than 12 months or with overdue payments may be deleted.

8. Intellectual Property


  • All rights, title, and interest in SolasCRM (including software, trademarks, and content) remain with Digital Beats Pty Ltd.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use SolasCRM during your subscription.

  • No warranty is provided against third-party intellectual property claims arising from integrations or third-party services.

9. Service Availability and No Guarantees


  • We aim to provide reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

  • SolasCRM makes no guarantee that the Service will meet specific business results, revenue targets, or outcomes.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Beats Pty Ltd, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of SolasCRM, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:


  • Digital Beats Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability under the ACL where such exclusion would be unlawful.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, strikes, or acts of war.

13. Termination


  • You may terminate your subscription at any time via your account settings.

  • We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay fees.

  • Upon termination, your access to SolasCRM and stored Customer Data may be permanently deleted.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
